Wilfil, a property dealer company ("we," "us," or "our"), understands that circumstances may arise where a client wishes to cancel or alter a property transaction. While real estate transactions are typically final, we recognize that certain situations may warrant consideration. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines our approach to such cases.
Once a property transaction is initiated, it is generally considered binding. However, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Clients wishing to cancel a transaction must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not standard in real estate transactions. However, if there are exceptional circumstances that warrant consideration, we may assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action. Refunds, if approved, will be subject to deductions for any expenses incurred by Wilfil in connection with the transaction.
Any changes to the terms of a property transaction agreement must be mutually agreed upon by all parties involved. Changes may be subject to legal and contractual considerations.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events, Wilfil reserves the right to reassess and negotiate the terms of a transaction.
